RECYCLING

At Renesis Metals, we are reimagining how critical and strategic minerals can be recovered, refined, and reused — while reducing environmental impact and strengthening supply chain resilience.

Our advanced electrochemical separation, purification and refining technologies are designed to enable the direct and efficient recovery of critical minerals, metals, and compounds from both primary and secondary resource streams. By combining low-temperature electrochemical processing with modular system design, we aim to create more sustainable and decentralised supply chains for strategic materials.

Our technologies are being developed for the recovery and recycling of materials from:

  • Industrial scrap and manufacturing residues, including tungsten carbide tools, hardmetals, and post-production waste streams

  • Tailings, slags, and secondary raw materials

  • End-of-life industrial products and metal-bearing waste streams

Unlike conventional high-temperature processing routes, Renesis technologies are designed to operate using electrified, modular, and energy-efficient systems powered by renewable energy. This approach reduces process complexity, lowers emissions, and supports the circular economy by maximising material recovery and reuse.

By enabling domestic and regional recycling and refining capabilities, Renesis aims to help reduce dependence on concentrated global supply chains and support more secure, transparent, and sustainable critical mineral ecosystems.
