Our solutions are meticulously crafted using Siemens NX software within the CAD/CAM environment, complemented by an electronic documentation management system based on Teamcenter software.

Design & implementation

With decades of experience in constructing prototypes and custom devices tailored to the unique needs of our clients, we have developed internal competencies spanning from conceptual vision development to 3D design, technological design, component production, assembly, commissioning, and final implementation at the client’s site.

Our team places significant emphasis on the safety of our proposed solutions. Leveraging extensive experience, internal competencies, and external specialists from the outset of conceptualization, we establish a robust foundation for developing effective security protocols for our target machines.

For 3D design and simulation, we utilize the Siemens NX CAD platform, while NX CAM software is employed for technological design, digitally integrated with our CNC machines. These machines encompass both 3- and 5-axis machining centers as well as 3D printers.

Incorporating modern material and technological solutions tailored to specific application requirements, we optimize our solutions through advanced simulations focusing on strength, mass, inertia, and modal analysis by an electronic documentation management system based on Teamcenter software.

The automation and control solutions we propose are developed concurrently with mechanical designs, starting from the concept phase. Our automation engineers utilize a variety of control systems, including classic PLC controllers, safePLC controllers, IPC industrial computers, centralized and decentralized systems, as well as systems based on fast communication networks.

In our applications, we incorporate control systems from reputable manufacturers such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Beckhoff, and Bernecker &Rainer. The selection process is based on application requirements and customer instructions.

Our automation solutions encompass the development of a comprehensive security layer tailored to HMI needs, including mobile solutions, communication software integration with ERP systems, MES data archiving, and database applications. For this purpose, we utilize ePLAN software equipped with an extensive library database, enabling us to adhere to the highest documentation standards expected by our clients.

Furthermore, the control and automation system solutions we provide facilitate efficient and secure remote access to the machines we manufacture, facilitating diagnostic, servicing, and modification purposes.

Digital maintenance management

Remote access is one of the fundamental functionalities with which we equip our devices.

Drawing upon years of experience, we meticulously design both the optimal hardware and software layers, primarily tailored to the requirements and needs of our clients.

We place particular emphasis on the security of data exchange and ensuring access to our clients' sometimes critical machines.

To achieve this, we have developed methods and proprietary applications that enable remote access without disrupting machine operations while meeting the stringent security requirements of our clients' entire IT infrastructure.

The solutions we propose can seamlessly integrate with our clients' database systems for production process management or service management systems.
